Finals Devil Rays 12, Phillies 1 Tyler Reich hit a home run to spark the Rays to the upset series win over the Phils, who had won 14 straight. A home run by Luke Bachich accounted for the Phillies only run in the final game.
Finals Devil Rays 2, Phillies 0 Tyler Reich pitched a two-hit shutout while striking out 17. Reich & Mike Lince each doubled and scored the runs. John Huff had the only 2 hits for the Phils.
Semifinals Phillies 7, Pirates 2 John Huff, James Plourde and Derek Crossman each had 2 hits. Alex Wallace, Sean Bryce & Steve Prudnicki had the only 3 hits for the Pirates.

Wed. May 26 Phillies 2, Braves 1 Pitching dominated the game with Phils starter Luke Bachich striking out 12 in 4 innings and John Huff adding five more in two innings. Brian Longo & Mark Miedema shared the pitching for the Braves. Miedema also had a single & a double. Dalton Jaillet cracked a double for the Phils.
Tue. May 25 Devil Rays 9, Pirates 5 The Rays made good use of their 9 hits, cashing them in for 9 runs. The tough combination of Tom Ballezzi & Brendan Clare struck again, pitching a combined 4-hitter while contributing 4 singles between them. Greg Jones had a pair of singles & scored 3 times.
Mon. May 24 Phillies 5, Braves 1 There were only two singles in the game, one by each team. But Braves pitchers walked 11, opening the door for the undefeated Phils. James Plourde started and got the win, John Huff came on in relief.
Thu. May 20 Phillies 7, Devil Rays 2 Wally Snow blasted a home run and added 2 singles. John Huff & James Plourde each had three singles & Billy Powell added 2 doubles. Luke Bachich was the starter & winner.
Wed. May 19 Braves vs Pirates Tue. May 18 Phillies 7, Devil Rays 6 James Plourde was the winning pitcher & added 3 hits, including a double. John Huff pitched 2 innings of relief. Derek Cressman & Billy Powell each doubled for the Phils. Robbie Zauck had a triple & single for the Rays.

Thu. May 13 Devil Rays 10, Braves 7 Starting pitcher Tom Ballezzi had a double & triple for the Rays with Rob Zauck adding a double. Brendan Clare was the winning pitcher in relief. Jeff Raab smacked a double for the Braves, one of their two hits.
Wed. May 12 Phillies 12, Pirates 0 (5 innings) Billy Powell & Ryan Pelikan both doubled & John Huff, Derek Cressman & James Plourde each had 2 singles. Plorde pitched the first 3 innings, striking out 8. Huff was the winner in relief. Sean Herron's single was the only hit for the Pirates.
Mon. May 10 Devil Rays 6, Braves 3 Tyler Reich was smacking the ball to all fields, blasting a home run to center and a double to right. Mike Lince was the winning pitcher in relief.
Tue. May 11 Phillies 2, Pirates 1 After being shut out for 5 2/3 innings by Alex Wallace, who struck out 12, the Phils got a single by Luke Bachich & a home run by Derek Crossman to win it. Bachich was the starting pitching & John Huff got the win in relief. They combined on a one-hitter, a single by Sean Bryce.
Fri. May 7 Devil Rays 5, Pirates 0 Tom Ballezzi & Mike Lince combined for a no-hitter, each pitching three innings. Lince, who was the winning pitcher, had a pair of singles, drove home two runs and scored twice. Tyler Reich had a double and single for the Rays.
Thu. May 6 Phillies 7, Braves 0 Ryan Pelikan had a home run & a single and James Plourde added a single & double for the Phils. John Huff was the winning pitcher in relief, combining with Plourde, the starter, to pitch a one-hitter.
Wed. May 5 Devil Rays 12, Pirates 6 The Rays took advantage of five Pirates errors to win. Brendan Clare pitched four innings of relief to get the win. Clare, Tom Ballezzi & Mike Lince collected the three singles for the winners.

Fri. Apr. 30 Phillies 6, Devil Rays 5 Derek Crossman drilled a double that drove home the tying and winning runs in the bottom of the 5th inning. Luke Bachich, who scored the winning run, was also the winning pitcher in relief. Tommy Ballezzi had a pair of singles for the Rays and Tyler Reich blasted a home run.
Thu. Apr. 29 Pirates 10, Braves 1 Alex Wallace went the distance, striking out 12 and limiting the Braves to 2 hits. Steve Ang & Sean Herron each had 2 hits for the Pirates.
Wed. Apr. 28 Phillies 15, Devil Rays 2 John Huff had a single & double and Ryan Pelikan two singles for the winners. James Plourde & Luke Bachich added doubles for the Phils, Tyler Reich had one for the Rays. Bachich was the winning pitcher in relief.
Tue. Apr. 27 Braves 11, Pirates 6 (4 innings) Starter Steve Ang & reliever Sean Herron combined for a four-inning no-hitter, striking out 9. Jeffrey Raab delivered a two-out double for the Braves that started a six-run rally. Starter Greg Schmitt & reliever Brian Longo combined for 11 strikeouts for the Pirates.
