Finals Devil Rays 12, Phillies 1 Tyler Reich hit a home run to spark the Rays to the upset series win over the Phils, who had won 14 straight. A home run by Luke Bachich accounted for the Phillies only run in the final game.

Wed. May 26 Phillies 2, Braves 1 Pitching dominated the game with Phils starter Luke Bachich striking out 12 in 4 innings and John Huff adding five more in two innings. Brian Longo & Mark Miedema shared the pitching for the Braves. Miedema also had a single & a double. Dalton Jaillet cracked a double for the Phils.

Thu. May 13 Devil Rays 10, Braves 7 Starting pitcher Tom Ballezzi had a double & triple for the Rays with Rob Zauck adding a double. Brendan Clare was the winning pitcher in relief. Jeff Raab smacked a double for the Braves, one of their two hits.
Wed. May 12 Phillies 12, Pirates 0 (5 innings) Billy Powell & Ryan Pelikan both doubled & John Huff, Derek Cressman & James Plourde each had 2 singles. Plorde pitched the first 3 innings, striking out 8. Huff was the winner in relief. Sean Herron's single was the only hit for the Pirates.

Tue. May 11 Phillies 2, Pirates 1 After being shut out for 5 2/3 innings by Alex Wallace, who struck out 12, the Phils got a single by Luke Bachich & a home run by Derek Crossman to win it. Bachich was the starting pitching & John Huff got the win in relief. They combined on a one-hitter, a single by Sean Bryce.
Fri. May 7 Devil Rays 5, Pirates 0 Tom Ballezzi & Mike Lince combined for a no-hitter, each pitching three innings. Lince, who was the winning pitcher, had a pair of singles, drove home two runs and scored twice. Tyler Reich had a double and single for the Rays.
Thu. May 6 Phillies 7, Braves 0 Ryan Pelikan had a home run & a single and James Plourde added a single & double for the Phils. John Huff was the winning pitcher in relief, combining with Plourde, the starter, to pitch a one-hitter.
Wed. May 5 Devil Rays 12, Pirates 6 The Rays took advantage of five Pirates errors to win. Brendan Clare pitched four innings of relief to get the win. Clare, Tom Ballezzi & Mike Lince collected the three singles for the winners.

Fri. Apr. 30 Phillies 6, Devil Rays 5 Derek Crossman drilled a double that drove home the tying and winning runs in the bottom of the 5th inning. Luke Bachich, who scored the winning run, was also the winning pitcher in relief. Tommy Ballezzi had a pair of singles for the Rays and Tyler Reich blasted a home run.

Jeffrey Raab delivered a two-out double for the Braves that started a six-run rally. Starter Greg Schmitt & reliever Brian Longo combined for 11 strikeouts for the Pirates.
